MAISON TAUPE is in the small hamlet of Les Tuilières, just outside
Oradour-sur-Vayres. We are in the department of Haute-Vienne and within
the Region of Limousin.
We are approximately 450 miles from Calais and 325 from Le Havre. This
means about 6-7 hours of traveling time from both ports. In both cases
the fastest routes are via the french Autoroutes and pass near Paris.
For those who prefer quieter roads and a more leisurely journey a night
en route should be considered.

Directions (from the A20 Limoges)
Exit the A20 at junction 33
Bear right onto the N520 towards Limoges-centre / Perigueux / Aixe-sur-Vienne
/ Rochechouart
Stay on the N520 for 3.2 Km (about 2 miles) then left onto the N21
towards Perigueux
Follow the N21, and the river Vienne for 21 km (13 miles) then turn
right onto the D699
After 12 km take the D901 into Oradour-sur-Vayres
In Oradour-sur-Vayres, turn left opposite church onto the D40
After 100m the D40 bears right toward Saint-Mathieu
Another 1.7 km (1 mile) then turn right onto the D85 towards Cheronnac
for 100m
MAISON TAUPE should be on your left

Overnight secure parking is available we can also offer some mechanical
repairs/assistance, if necessary, by registered moto-mechanic.
